The Federal Government plans to spend thirty-two billion Naira in the 2025 budget to tackle Nigeria's housing shortage, splitting the money across four major projects: ninety million, one hundred and fifteen thousand Naira for the Federal Integrated Staff Housing Programme; fifteen billion, four hundred and seventy-one million, four hundred and twenty-eight thousand, five hundred and sixty-five Naira for student housing through the Family Home Funds Housing Financing Project; eleven billion, five hundred million Naira for the Renewed Hope Agenda Housing Scheme to build twenty thousand homes; and five billion, three hundred and forty-three million, eight hundred and two thousand, four hundred Naira for the National Housing Programme to make homeownership easier for citizens.
