Six individuals were injured in a suspected bomb blast in Mubang village, Adamawa State, attributed to Boko Haram. Local authorities reported the attack, which follows a deadly incident earlier this month. The Hong LGA Chairman, Usman Inuwa, noted that while no fatalities occurred this time, the injured are receiving hospital care. The area's proximity to Sambisa Forest makes it vulnerable to such attacks. Despite previous successful repelling of Boko Haram attempts, Inuwa emphasized the need for federal intervention, including Air Force strikes and Army presence, to enhance security and prevent future incidents.
