Catholic Archibishop of Abuja, Most Rev. Ignatius Kaigama, has urged states to ensure that financial assistance is distributed to the intended population to cushion the effects of the economic "wahala." About 179 communities benefited from the gesture. Offor's foundation aims to reduce poverty, create life-improving economic opportunities, deliver healthcare services, implement youth empowerment programmes, and contribute to infrastructural development.
