Just 4,666,998 of the 12,848,084 registered power consumers as of November 2021 had meters installed, according to the report. This is equivalent to 36%. Ibadan Disco, which has the most registered electricity users (2,076 million), also has the most unmetered customers (1.29 million, or 62%) according to the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) metering status of the DisCos as of November 2021.
