First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu has pledged that her pet project, the Renewed Hope Initiative, will support the separation surgery of conjoined twins at the National Hospital, Abuja, following her visit to present gifts to the first babies of the year. The First Lady, alongside other dignitaries, including the wife of the Vice President, visited and gifted several newborns, including the first baby of the year, Boluwatife Johnson. Across various states, Ebonyi, Enugu, Ekiti, Lagos, and Abia, governors' wives celebrated the birth of the first babies of two thousand and twenty-five, presenting gifts and offering prayers for their well-being, with touching stories such as that of a hairdresser in Enugu who gave birth to triplets and appealed for public support.
