Gaming platform BetKing recently awarded five million naira to Gabriel Orpin, a farmer from Benue State, for winning their virtual Christmas Jackpot after starting his journey with the platform earlier in June. Mr. Orpin, who cultivates rice, cassava, and yams, plans to use the life-changing cash prize to buy land, build a home for his family, and reinvest in his agricultural operations. The head of marketing for the company, Nengi Akinola, expressed excitement over the victory, noting that it reflects their mission of transforming lives, which also aligned with their holiday initiatives that distributed food and cheer to communities in Lagos.
