The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has delegated authority for the regulation of animal science practice and all matters pertaining to animal husbandry in Nigeria to the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science (NIAS), which was established by Act No. 26 of 2007 as amended in 2015. The general public is hereby informed that the following feed operators who have been registered under the regulation have been inspected/audited and certified to practice feed milling in Nigeria having fully complied with the regulation governing feed milling in the nation, especially poultry, beef, and dairy farmers or any animal husbandry operator that uses feed, feed additives, or amino-acids.
