Akwa Ibom state governor, Udom Emmanuei has said that the best destination for investment in the country, given us enurmous natural and Human resources for weaith creation. He stated this at a dinner organised for officers of the Nigeria sovereign investment authority(NSIA) at goverment house in Uyo. Accordingto him with viable gateway such as water, air, land and good road infrastuctive across the state, there is no business that cannot thrive in Akwa Ibom given us severene  and secured ambienu, and mountenned that level 150 meanwall of eletricity is generacted by the independent power plant in Ikot Abasi,and only a very minute fraction of the generated power is consumed within the state.

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the establishment of the Nigerian Diaspora Investment Trust Fund (NDITF) to support direct investments from Nigerians abroad. He also pledged support for the floating of the Diaspora Intervention Fund to support the commission. He described the 327-page compendium as a "historical record of the worth of our compatriots globally" and reminded Nigerians that it is their duty to extol and celebrate compatriots that excel in their chosen careers and professions. The President congratulated those whose names made it to the first edition of the compendium of excellent Nigerians and encouraged others to work more conscientiously to make the list in the subsequent editions. He also commended the Abike Dabiri-Erewa-led NiDCOM for its energy and innovative steps to ensure better engagements with the Diaspora community. The commission plans to publish the compendium at regular intervals to change the negative stereotypes typified by a few Nigerians who do not represent the country well.

A former Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) Chairman, Dr. Sam Amadi on the  23rd of january 2022 cautioned against the managment of electricity distribution companied (DisCos) by the Asset Management company of Nigeria (AMCON). Speaking with the Nation on the telephone, he insisted that the primary motive of the banks is to recovered its loans to the DisCos. AMCON at the weekend took over Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IEBDC) for the latter's failiure to repay its loan. IEBDC  don't have the financial capabilities to engineer quick turnover around  their operations to generate funds  for payment.

The president and chairman and , governing council of the Nigerian institute of public Relations, Mallam Mukhtar sirajo,has emphasised the significance of a responsive goverance structure in achieving success in the field of public relations. sirajo, said this in commemoration of the 2023 World PR day celebrations. he restated that the Nigerian institute of public relations  remained dedicated to  advocating for trust, truth, transparency through several mechanisms and platforms. He said that week-long operation  would start from APapa port complex down  to Lilypond  .Apapa tyo tin -can First  to second gates and kirikiri lighter terminal one and two.
