Endemic Corruption: How gov’t officials paid for one hospital project 5 times – ICPC Chairman The Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Related Offences Commission, Dr. Musa Aliyu, has highlighted the endemic corruption in Nigeria and urged the media and public to join the fight against it. He highlighted instances of corruption in Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) where government officials listed their family members in payrolls. Dr. Aliyu also revealed that huge assets stolen from Nigeria and other African nations were kept abroad and that his team is collaborating with other anti-graft agencies to trace and repatriate such assets.
