Sokoto Warns Against Diversion of N1.66bn Drugs, Kits

Sokoto State Governor Ahmed Aliyu warned local government officials and healthcare workers against diverting medical supplies intended for primary health centers across the twenty-three local government areas, emphasizing that anyone caught sabotaging the initiative will face severe consequences.This warning was issued during the distribution of over one billion naira worth of essential drugs, maternal medications, and delivery kits aimed at sustaining free healthcare services for vulnerable groups and reducing maternal mortality.
