EFCC to Auction 850 Recovered Vehicles The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has announced plans to auction over eight hundred and fifty vehicles that were permanently forfeited to the federal government following investigations into financial crimes such as corruption, money laundering, and cybercrime. Ranging from luxury cars to standard models, these vehicles will be sold in public auctions held across multiple locations nationwide, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano. The commission stated that the sales will be conducted transparently in collaboration with appointed auctioneers and in full compliance with relevant federal laws and acts governing asset recovery and public procurement, inviting interested citizens to participate.
