Aiyedatiwa; APC NWC moves to forestall impreachment, sets up nine-man committee.

IN a move to forestall the impreachment of ondo state deputy governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, National chairman of the All progressive congress, Abdullahi Umar  Ganduje, has set up a nine man trouble-shooting team to resolve the misunderstanding between Aiyedatiwa and his principal, Rotimi Akerdolu. Chief press secretary to the APC National chairman, Edwin Olofu, disclosed this in a statement lastnight. According to statement ,former governor of kastina state, Aminu Bello Masari, will lead the peace committee, not only to intervene, but also see to the peaceful reconciliation of all parties involved' Ganduje in the statement expressed concern 'about  the unfortunate political situation in ondo state, which if not quickly averted may lead  tofurther disaffection among party faithful.'' Nigerian Tribune checks revealed that the ondo state House of Assembly has since commenced an impreachment process against theembattled deputy governor as it, wrote a letter to Aiyedatiwa, over an allegation of gross misconduct while he was in office as an acting governor. Defendants in the suit include the ondo state government,
