The Chief Executive Officer of the National Library of Nigeria, Prof. Chinwe Veronica Anunobi has emphasized the need to ensure proper documentation of our national heritage in indigenous languages. The National Librarian stated that although the nation has reservoirs of various biographical information but not so much has been stored in indigenous Nigerian languages.

Prof. Anunobi made this assertion when she visited the Biographical Legacy and Research Foundation, a Research and Documentation Centre promoted by Mr. Nyaknno Osso in Abuja.
