The National Librarian and Chief Executive Officer of the National Library of Nigeria, Prof. Chinwe Veronica Anunobi has applauded the appointment of Arc. Sonny Echono as the Executive Secretary of TETFund referring to it as fitting or a round peg in a round hole.
