The National Library of Nigeria recently organised an intensive capacity development training for all Heads of Branches of the National Library. The five days programme which was held at the Centre for Advanced Library and Information Management (CALIM), Enugu with the theme: “Actualisation of the Eight Point Agenda of the National Librarian through Strategic Services of the State Branches”. The conference was focussed on training the heads of branches on the eight point agenda of the National Librarian which includes:
